A small script to quickly generate a bounding box of the selected mesh.
No warranty what so ever, it works for me. If it doesn't for you, fix it and let me know. =)
It's only been tested it with max 6.

Installation:
Just run the script (dragging it from windows and dropping it in max should do the trick). Then add it to either a toolbar, a keyboard key or as I prefer a quad menu. You will find the script under the category "WIT" with the name "GenerateBounds".

What the script does:
It generates a box named "bounds" with it's pivot at the origin and with the exact size of the selected object.

Usage:
Simply select your mesh and evoke the script.
